To begin, select one of the predefined speech types from the top (white) dropdown list. The green, yellow, red and buzzer times will update accordingly. If needed, any of the milestone times can be modified individually by clicking on it and selecting the desired time from the options presented. 

Click Start to begin timing the speaker. Press Pause when the speaker is finished. The eligibility of the speaker will be displayed as Qualified or Disqualified (under/over). Press Reset to set the timer back to zero for the next speaker.
