Click the checkmark to indicate the member is present. The tile will turn light green and the Table Topics and Award icons will appear. 

Clicking the TT icon will turn the tile blue, indicating the member participated in table topics.

The Award icon is used to signify an award earned in at least one area. Click once to change the icon color to blue, indicating award for best performance. Click again to change the icon to red, indicating Most Improved (speaker). A third click will turn the icon gold, indicating Best and Most Improved (speaker). Click again to return the icon to its original grey color.
